Baked Oatmeal
6 cups rolled oats
2 cups brown sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 cup oil (you can substitute all or part applesauce. I usually use all applesauce)
2 cups milk
Optional: Chopped nuts, dried fruit or raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 degree preheated oven.
This is also good cold as a snack later in the day.
